The story
Crock Pot Cartel started in April 2021 with one idea: a live show where independent artists could get their music heard and get told the truth about it. It became something bigger.
Every independent artist knows the feeling. You pour months into a track, you drop it, you post about it… and nothing. A few likes from friends. Maybe a "🔥" comment from a promo page that wants your $50.
The music industry is full of people happy to take an independent artist's money, playlist placements that do nothing, bot streams that poison your algorithm, "exposure" that exposes you to nobody. What almost nobody offers artists is the one thing that actually moves them forward: honest feedback and a real education in how attention works.
That's what the show became. Artists submit. The community listens live. Bobby reacts honestly, sometimes it's hype, sometimes it's hard to hear, and it's always specific. Then the important part: why. Why the hook isn't landing. Why nobody clicks the song. Why promo alone will never fix a positioning problem.
Fifteen thousand artists later, the pattern is obvious: independent artists don't just need promotion. They need clarity, strategy, feedback, content skills, confidence, and community. So that's what we built, a review show that's also a school, a community that's also a launchpad, and services for artists ready to treat music like the business it is.
Why "Crock Pot"? Because nothing real happens overnight. Careers simmer. You add the right ingredients, better songs, better content, better strategy, and you let heat and time do their work. The "Cartel" is everyone in the pot with you.
What we stand on
If your hook loses people at second four, you deserve to know it. Comfortable lies don't build careers.
It's a room full of artists and fans figuring it out together, live, not a judge's table.
Most of what we teach is free, on stream, on the blog, in clips. You should leave better even if you never buy.
Bot streams and bought followers are a treadmill to nowhere. We build real fans or nothing.
Everything we teach has been tested on real releases and real artists, including our own brand.
We study what actually works, hooks, retention, conversion, and we show our work.
This isn't theory
1,300 to 8,861.
We took Mansoor from 1,300 to 8,861 Instagram followers with real targeting and content, one video hitting 5.5 million views. Real strategy, on real artists. That's the whole point.
