These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Marcus Mayhem Media LLC dba Crock Pot Cartel ("Crock Pot Cartel," "we," "us," or "our"), which operates the website at crockpotcartel.com, the Crock Pot Cartel live review show, and the related services described below (together, the "Services"). By accessing our website, submitting your music, or purchasing any service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Crock Pot Cartel is a live independent-music review show and a set of paid services for independent artists. Depending on what you choose, our Services may include: live and recorded music reviews and feedback, paid advertising campaign management, one-on-one coaching and strategy calls, content creation (including video, lyric videos, and social clips), and marketing build-outs such as funnels, communities, merch stores, and offers. Not every service is right for every artist, and we will tell you honestly when that is the case.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase a service or enter a payment agreement. If you are under 18, you may only use the free parts of the Services with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Services you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you have the right to submit any music or content you send us.
When you submit music, artwork, links, or other content to Crock Pot Cartel, you keep all ownership of it. You are simply giving us permission to use it for the purpose you submitted it for. Specifically, by submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to play, review, react to, quote, display, and share that content on our show, our website, and our social media channels, and in promotional clips of the show.

You can ask us to stop using a specific submission going forward by contacting us, though we may not be able to remove it from content that has already been published or distributed on third-party platforms.
Our reviews and feedback are our genuine opinions, offered to help you improve. They are subjective. A positive or negative reaction is not a promise of any particular result, and it is not professional, legal, or financial advice. We do not guarantee streams, followers, playlist placements, chart positions, virality, revenue, or any other outcome from any Service, free or paid. Anyone who guarantees those things should not be trusted, and that includes anyone claiming to speak for us.
The specific deliverables, timeline, and price for any paid service are what we agree on at the time of purchase, whether on a checkout page, an order form, or a call. Please read that description carefully, because it controls what you are buying.
Advertising campaigns: our advertising fees pay for our work managing your campaign. They do not include the advertising budget ("ad spend") you pay directly to platforms such as Meta or Google, which is separate, billed by those platforms, and set by you. We do not control platform pricing, ad approval, or platform performance, and results vary.
Content and build-outs: unless we agree otherwise in writing, revisions, turnaround times, and the number of deliverables are as stated on the offer you purchased. Extra work beyond that scope may require an additional fee.
The Crock Pot Cartel name, logo, brand, website, show format, written materials, courses, templates, and other content we create are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. When you buy a service, you get the deliverables we agreed to and the right to use them for your own music career. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage our paid materials, courses, or templates as your own without our written permission.
You agree not to use the Services to: break the law; harass, threaten, or defame anyone; upload content you do not have the rights to; upload malware; attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems; or misrepresent your identity or your rights in submitted content. We may remove content and suspend or end access for anyone who violates these Terms.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Apple Music, Spotify, or any other third-party platform. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their decisions, outages, policy changes, or performance.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific result will be achieved.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crock Pot Cartel and its owners, team, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or lost goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim arose.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Crock Pot Cartel from any claims, damages, or costs (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from content you submit, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute relating to these Terms or the Services will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Butler County, Ohio, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
